For website and custom app projects, a 50% deposit is due after the work and cost are agreed, before work begins. The remaining 50% is paid after you approve the result, before launch and handover of website management access. Product usage costs are discussed separately based on your choice.

Landing Pages and Company Profiles include a .com domain, hosting, and SSL for the first year. Domain names are subject to availability. From year two, domain and hosting renewal costs Rp600,000 per year; ongoing paid maintenance is discussed separately.

Landing Pages include 30 days of free initial maintenance and support after launch, while Company Profiles include three months. After the free period, you can continue maintenance through a paid package. We discuss the scope and cost of ongoing maintenance first.
